STILTE (SILENCE)

Every year we look forward to the flowering time of the Magnolia, one of our most favorite flowers. A sturdy tree with capricious branches that allows the vulnerable Magnolia to bloom once a year for a very short period of time. With hundreds at the same time. Like a white cloud in and a clear sky inviting you to drift off for a moment.

When we think of Silence, we think of the color white. And with the color white we think of the poem by Wislawa Szymborska: When I pronounce the word Future, the first syllable already belongs to the past.
When I pronounce the word Silence, I destroy it.
When I pronounce the word Nothing, I make something no non-being can hold.
